About Fiona
I have been teaching yoga to adults and children for 20 years, specialising in Hatha Yoga. I am a qualified British School of Yoga teacher and am also a trained Primary School teacher, gaining a P.G.C.E. from Roehampton Institute in 1995.
I took up yoga in 2000 after my third child was born to try and improve my flexibility and found it dramatically enhanced my health and general well-being. I have been teaching in Devon and Somerset since 2010 and my objective remains the same: I want everyone to leave my classes feeling better than when they came in!
